"CORONAVIRUS AMERICA: YOU F**KED UP, YOU TRUSTED US"

Near the end of the comedy classic, “Animal House,” the fraternity member nicknamed Otter and some of his frat brothers have lied and acted recklessly. By so doing, they have put their frat brother, Flounder, in serious trouble. When Flounder displays maximum consternation regarding his predicament, Otter grins and insouciantly responds, “Flounderrr…you f**k’ed up! You trusted us!”

For political gain and profit, government officials and the media have disingenuously overreacted to the Coronavirus. They’ll never admit that their measures senselessly, unscientifically have caused tremendous harm. Rather, as they have for the past 19 months, they’ll deny their opportunistic, cynical overreach and dress up their misconduct with phony stats and models and plainly false, revisionist analysis.

But if they were to step out of character and level with people, Biden, Fauci, Birks, Walensky, Cuomo, Newsom, Whitmer, Murphy, et al. could simply channel Otter and arrogantly proclaim, “Americaaa….you f**ked up! You trusted us!”

And why not, the media will never hold them accountable.

Here’s a sampler of government/media/Medical Industrial Complex—the line between the three is blurry—lies over the past 19 months:

“Let’s lock down for two weeks to flatten the curve.”

There have been 19 months of closures and comprehensive, arbitrary rules profoundly damaging nearly every aspect of human life. None has significantly improved public health outcomes. The most restricted states have had the most deaths. “Two weeks” was an obvious, foundational lie from the outset, akin to a salesman telling you he doesn’t work on commission. Since when have humans locked down healthy people?

“Hospitals will be overrun!”

Hospital systems were not overrun. To the contrary, thousands of nearly empty hospitals required billions in subsidies to remain solvent. Emergency facilities built to absorb the predicted overflow went unused.

“We need 40,000 ventilators!”

Many who were placed on ventilators died; vents seemed to cause many of these deaths. Consequently, many of these “essential” devices were either foisted upon other nations or landfilled.

“All surfaces and food must be sanitized!”

Sheer microbial panic mongering and political theater. This airborne virus dies quickly on surfaces.

“Masks work!” (and then “Double masks are needed!”)

The vast majority of studies have shown that masks don’t stop the spread of the Coronavirus. But if you think masks work, you should feel protected if you wear one. Or maybe two.

“Millions of Americans will die!”

False. Respiratory viruses are self-limiting. America has two million more people than it had in March, 2020.

“Everyone is at risk and should stay home!”

The virus seriously threatens only the old, sick or overweight. 94% those said to have died from the virus had 2.6 morbidities. This risk profile was obvious from Italy and Spain’s experiences. Even if infected, over 95% of those in high risk groups survived. Old, sick people sometimes die: it’s how life is.

73% of those who died were obese or overweight. Americans must reckon with widespread overconsumption of unhealthy food and beverages and sedentary lives.

“The virus is spread by asymptomatic people!”

Asymptomatic spread is extremely rare. Testing and tracing are distinctly ineffective.

“If you test positive, you’re sick and contagious and must quarantine!”

The PCR tests deliver 90% false positives. Their inventor, Kary Mullis, called Fauci a “fraud” and a “liar” and emphasized that PCR tests should never be used to diagnose disease.

Outdoor gatherings are ‘superspreader’ events!”

No major spread has been linked to an outdoor event, even though multiple events have involved thousands of attendees/participants.

“In-person voting will kill people!”

Tens of millions of people have stood in lines at Walmart, Home Depot, supermarkets, etc. every day for the past 18 months. Governments were fine with that.

“Interstate travel bans will stop the spread!”

These were plainly unconstitutional. Further, states routinely—and senselessly— banned travel to states with lower infection rates. Travel bans were simply more political theater designed to foster the illusion that lockdown states were safer than those that didn’t lock down.

“Schools must be closed because kids are at risk and will spread the virus to teachers!”

Kids’ bodies, particularly their nasal linings and immune systems, are qualitatively better than those of older adults. Kids have a one in a million risk of dying of Covid—far less risk than the flu—and very seldom spread the virus because they don’t develop high viral loads. Europe experienced no problems with kids attending school in 2020.

“The virus has killed 700K!”

Not even close. How many of the 700K did you know? How old/sick/obese were they?

“Ivermectin is horse paste!”

Ivermectin has been safely prescribed by MDs for billions of people. It’s been widely credited with quelling Covid outbreaks in various nations, including India, in which only 7% of the population was then vaccinated.

“A herd immunity strategy is ineffective and cruel!”

According to Yale Medical School Professor Harvey Risch, 70% of Americans are believed to have developed natural Covid immunity via exposure to infected people. An Israeli study concluded that natural immunity is 27 times more robust, and far more durable, than is injected immunity. Sweden, which refused to lock down, appears to have attained herd immunity largely via natural exposure.

“‘Vaxxes’ are safe and effective!”

At least 16,000 Americans—probably far more—the VAERS system has been shown to vastly under-report, have died shortly after taking the shot. The injections seem to actually weaken immunity for several weeks afterward and then wear off within five months. Any effectiveness during that one-to-five month window must be weighed against a baseline 99.96% survival rate for those under 70 and basically healthy who are uninjected. Long term injection effects are, by definition, unknown.

“The vaxxed don’t spread the virus and don’t end up in the hospital; this is a ‘pandemic of the unvaccinated.’”

These tropes are disproven daily, as rampant “breakthrough” cases gave rise to a new injection “booster” crusade. See recent data from the UK, Israel and Vermont. American governments are distorting and suppressing data showing that many of the injected are being hospitalized and dying with the virus.

Further, if your shots are effective, how do those who don’t inject, or mask, threaten you?

“If the lookdowns, etc. save one life, they’re worth it.”

There are at least 331 million people in America. Roughly 7,600—mostly old and very sick— die every day. The social, psychological and economic costs of the extreme, ineffective Coronavirus interventions have severely harmed hundreds of millions of Americans—and billions worldwide— and will persist for decades.
