Timely read for me. I just finished reading a woman’s Facebook page… she has 11,000 plus followers . Her post arguing why Trumps crimes should result in his EXECUTION has 3,000 plus shares. That is some serious brainwashing.

Watching this bullshit play out is getting scary. The extreme nature of the response to the targeting of a former President by the corrupt intelligence branch of our government (because it HAS become a powerful, untouchable entity in its own right) tells me that the whole thing is going to keep gathering steam until something awful happens. What our response to that will be is anyone's guess. I suppose Trump's problems will recede in our minds when we receive our audit notices from the militarized IRS.

I actually thought that this might be an ideal time for there to be peaceful protests in front of Garland’s home....but no matter how peaceful our intentions, the left will marshall their foot soldiers to infiltrate and the media will depict us “ equal Justice” seekers as violent extremists , etc etc... Garland’s indignant tone was really outrageous.

Call me a cynic, but I get the sense that this is exactly what 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘺 want people to think and feel. Blatant injustice against a symbolic figure. Calls for civil war in response. Leading anyone with initiative into a very deliberate trap. They even dug up the corpse of Salman Rushdie to throw in for good measure, because, you know, because there's a "anti-semite" around every corner. It's all so very in your face. Some people explain it as overwhelming corruption. While the corruption is obvious, the public is constantly led around by the nose and fed the narrative. The reality star ex-president (who voters did indeed choose in 2 elections) has shown his willingness to collaborate and act the part. The trick is to convince people that what they're doing is 𝘵𝘩𝘦𝘪𝘳 idea. Trump even said the FBI raid was a hoax. I know how were 𝘴𝘶𝘱𝘱𝘰𝘴𝘦𝘥 to read that, but reading between the lines is usually much more enlightening.

This is absolutely true. In late 2020 I attempted to withdraw 3K in a Cashier's Check to pay for a car repair and wanted the cash discount.

After waiting in a 45 minute line (Covid ya know) the teller wasn't going to give me MY MONEY.

I was furious. I have had the account at BofA since 1987 and I have well over 3K, platinum account, checking, savings, CC with zero balance. I had my CA DL, Debit card--the whole kit and caboodle.

There was something that the bank had done and mine was not current on some profile and so she was going to deny me. She said I had to come back another day and meet with someone and do something to my profile.

I said NO, and demanded to see a supervisor. They reluctantly gave me the check but I did have to come back later and do something so my profile was updated. Allegedly, this won't happen again but I can't say I have tried.

I saw then what control they do have over you.

I was at the gym yesterday with my daddy. It costs a small fortune to live there but I daddy has the $$$$ bc I laugh, I only had one pair of jeans)

These old guys are funny and fun to talk with, but then one of them brought up Trump and the raid and him going to jail. I did not say a word but I thought, as ^^ Martha said, it is kind of sad and sick brainwashing to even think about such despicable things about a person. Brainwashed indeed. I did not say anything, Daddy is hard of hearing so he did not even hear the discussion but I know those three turds knew that I thought their discussion was immature, junior high school-ish bullying that is acceptable now. Only if it is a conservative.

We said good bye as we were leaving. I have not been back to the gym but if I see them on Monday, I wonder if they will ask me if I was "offended" or "angry"

All of these psychological plays and even mass hypnosis (forming) of crowds have been well thought through and planned by those "in charge of the world". They employ the very best mass psychologists and propagandists in the world to drive behavior. "Behavioral Science" has been applied en masse to commercial sales for most of a century. It is the morality of those "in charge" and their almost unmatched financial and political power through out history because of the current power of the technology that frighten me. I also never anticipated that the internet would become such a powerful weapon in the hands of these monsters. I should have. It was obvious in retrospect.

To experience my own 25 year old daughter who showed the reality of the panic, when she, impoverished by student loans, walked out wearing a scarf over her face and pulling her meager possessions in a rolling suitcase in April of 2020 because I had the audacity to host a small dinner during a "global pandemic". I was acting "against the rules" and she was furious. Her face was contorted in anger (and shame) and she said nothing despite me trying to appeal to her. She did not speak to me for more than 2 years after that. She even took one of the jabs DESPITE being a strict vegan. However, SOMETHING changed. She seems to have had a true change of heart. We finally met for lunch at a nice vietnamese place by the water 3 weeks ago. I was VERY careful not to bring up anything contentious about Covid or my Ex. HOWEVER, she brought up both topics and asked me what I had heard about the suppression of treatments (especially natural ones that I practice, such a zinc/quercetin, vitamin D at 4000 iu/day in oil, etc.) for Covid and the persecution of the doctors practicing those TRULY safe and effective treatments. So there IS HOPE! I had determined to live my life and to oppose the Cabal of "Masters of the Universe" who are waging an unprecedented war on us (Propaganda, biowar, and financial war) with anything and everything I can think of. If I did not KNOW that God was in ultimate charge and His Word would prevail I would have already despaired. Thank God that He is God and the Cabal (and I) are not.

So Satan has truly shown himself for anyone with eyes, but God is moving in a subtler way as He usually does to provide us with an opportunity to show Faith (and to learn it). The persecutions will continue and worsen and the War against us will continue and intensify. However, keep faith, pray for your families, friends and even your enemies (there is hope for even the worst monsters- E.g Fauci), but LIVE YOUR LIFE.

I have never been healthier and I help anyone who is open to understand how food can bring you health. Like the Covid Scam, there is a HUGE amount of misinformation out there. The Cholesterol scare frightened half the world for 60 years that cholesterol caused heart disease and the scare and the total rejection of even good fats, killed millions before their time. Total lies. The "autophagy diet" (Mercola) is wonderful! Replacing surplus protein, especially dairy (and of course the terrible "trans fats") with good fats such as avocado, cold water wild fish (Sardines, anchovy, mackerel, herring, salmon) and tree nuts (almonds, cashew, macadamia, hazelnuts, and pumpkin seeds) and flax/chia (lots of fiber) is a huge help. The other 2 actions that are necessary are: intermittent fasting (I am on my 16th hour right now) of at least 14 hours per day (e.g dont eat from 6pm until 8 or 9am at least), and sweating at least 3 times a week (preferably with exercise). Also, start each meal with fruit, and water, about 10 minutes before each meal (wait for the burp on an empty stomach) as this assists the digestion greatly and therefore GREATLY reduces the accumulation of toxins in the blood. Finally, get your nutritional levels checked! Vitamin D deficiency is a REAL epidemic especially in Canada where I live where for at least 8 months of the year because there is not enough UV (295-298 nm wavelength) radiation reaching the ground to generate vitamin D in the skin. The RDA of 1000 iu (25 MICROgrams!!!) is totally inadequate especially in those conditions. About 70% of Canadians (80+% of Canadians with dark skin) are deficient or seriously deficient in vitamin D by March of every year. I start taking 5000 iu of Vitamin D in cod liver oil starting in September of every year and I get my vitamin D checked every year! It is a HUGE problem and the NUMBER 1 reason why people died from Covid. Even really old people with adequate vitamin D usually recovered from Covid.

Also 25 mg of zinc (glycinate, gluconate, citrate, ascorbate or malate forms) every day with kelp for iodine and copper are also excellent. Quercetin is a "zinc ionophore" which transports zinc inside the cell to destroy viruses - not as good as Ivermectin but still excellent and EASILY available.

Finally, GET OUTSIDE EVERY DAY (even in the rain). LIVE YOUR LIFE AND THANK-GOD FOR EVERY DAY!

May you and your family be Blessed during these dark times and may you all see the Hope from God that He offers us freely,

Wonderful post Ian. I too, live in the Vancouver area and basically have been using the same protecals and diet you describe. Glad to hear your daughter is questioning the covid narrative.

My brother was the same and since the jabs came out he refused to see me unless I got the shots. I haven't and won't. The irony is yesterday, while visiting my sister for the last five days, he agreed to go out for dinner with vaccinated family and me!

Unfortunately we didn't go out for that dinner with them because earlier in the day, my brother visited an old friend he hadn't seen in years and when he got back to my sister's house he received a call from his friend saying he had just tested positive for Covid!

Now my sister and her husband and brother are worried they will come down with covid.

My husband and I did go out for dinner and had a wonderful meal.

Yes, not one word from Fraudci or Bilks about taking vitamin D, losing weight, or getting some exercise. And I'm amazed at the number of people who think that, just because the CDC now says no need to quarantine or differentiate between the vaxxed or those who had COVID, it's suddenly okay. Too many people really do need an authority telling them what to think or do.

Hello Karen,

Thank-you for your kind words. I have 5 daughters and only Sierra (now) and my 2nd daughter Shannon speak to me. The divorce hurt my relationship with the others, but my Son (31 years old) never understood why a divorce would get in the way - even more so now that he is a father of 3 himself. We have a great relationship now.

The soluble fiber of fruit (plus the water) stimulates the liver and the pancreas to prepare for a real meal by secreting bile from the gall bladder and enzymes (powerful chemicals to digest food) from both the liver and the pancreas. Bile, even though it tastes bad, is a hugely efficient "surfactant", i.e. like soap, it helps to bridge the chemical difference between oil and water and allows oil soluble vitamins, like vitamin D and E, to be absorbed. In addition, bile is also a strong salt which strongly stimulates the intestinal walls to contract (peristaltic contractions) which push the food through the 27 feet of the intestine. So bile (and those digestive enzymes) are truly miracles of chemistry that can and do cause food to be digested in the optimal time frame of about 12 hours. if you include a tablespoon of ground flax with lots of water, the huge amount of fiber in flax (32%) ALSO greatly contributes to pushing the food through the intestine and removing the deposits of rotten food that cause diverticulitis (pockets of dead food) that allow the growth of yeast. Also, the fiber in flax (and chia) serves as excellent food for your friendly bacteria. I haven't had an upset stomach (except once from a too ripe pork chop) in 30 years. I feel like I am 30 and I am much stronger than at any time in my life. The principle barrier to health is not age but rather what we eat and how we eat.

Also, get your nutritional levels in your blood checked to know what you are deficient in. Everyone should have that done at least every year. I knew the "pandemic" was a scam when the "Public Health authorities" never ONCE mentioned hte importance of vitamin D levels. ALL respiratory infections are GREATLY improved by proper levels of vitamin D. I read an excellent paper in April of 2020 about the first 300 or so patients with Covid at the Wuhan central hospital. 96 of them died, and ALL of them had low or very low levels of Vitamin D in their blood. Another 100 or so were released within 2 weeks and all but one of those had the highest level of vitamin D in their blood. The correlation coeefficient between health and death with vitamin D was incredibly high. Almost as high as ANY health correlation could ever be. That SHOULD have been an overwhelming reason to scream about everyone improving their vitamin D levels to optimum but they NEVER did. A sure sign that they don't care about public health but only money and power. Frightening and predictable given the other actions of those "public health officials'. If you want to read a truly eye opening story, read about Dr. Andrew Wakefield and his journey to undercover the truth about the correlation between autism and childhood vaccines. They eviscerated his career but he never gave up. He is a real hero because the truth is now clear. One of the early CDC scientists who had been ordered to hide the truth data correlating autism rates with the timing of the first childhood vaccine had kept his data. After 14 years of witnessing Dr. Wakefield's destruction and witnessing the serious injury to literally millions of children, that scientist relented and approached Dr. Wakefield and gave him the data which was then exposed in the movie "Vaxxed". A triumph for the truth.

The message is clear that the CDC is owned by Big Pharma which themselves are owned by the Cabal of Globalists. We are in big trouble and I hope that we who are aware can band together and support each other in opposition to the war being waged upon us.

Thank-you again for your thoughtful response.

If you wish, I will pray for your brothers and sister. What are their first names? My brother Michael screamed at me for 20 minutes with abundant swear words when I told him about my worry about the "jab". I had explained that I didn't need it becasue I had already contracted Covid and was now immune. It didn't slow him down. It has been a full year and despite my pleas he does not speak to me. Covid was designed not just to crush the individual's immune system and circulatory and endocrine system, but ALSO to destroy the bonds of family and community. It is wholly evil.

A serious plan of the Evil One.

Take heart. In God's time you will be reunited with your family. Pray for them in the meantime.

She replied that she doesn't think I am lying to her, she just thinks I am wrong.

The tv says something different, and the newspaper confirms.

I tried suggesting that the owner of the tv station is the owner of the newspaper and the owner of big pharma, but she's not having it.

Gustave Le Bon captured this phenomenon brilliantly:

“The sentiments and ideas of all the persons in the gathering take one and the same direction, and their conscious personality vanishes. A collective mind is formed, doubtless transitory, but presenting very clearly defined characteristics.”

“In a crowd every sentiment and act is contagious, and contagious to such a degree that an individual readily sacrifices his personal interest to the collective interest.”

“… an individual immersed for some length of time in a crowd in action soon finds himself—either in consequence of the magnetic influence given out by the crowd, or from some other cause of which we are ignorant—in a special state, which much resembles the state of fascination in which the hypnotised individual finds himself in the hands of the hypnotiser. The activity of the brain being paralysed in the case of the hypnotised subject, the latter becomes the slave of all the unconscious activities of his spinal cord, which the hypnotiser directs at will. The conscious personality has entirely vanished; will and discernment are lost. All feelings and thoughts are bent in the direction determined by the hypnotiser.

“Such also is approximately the state of the individual forming part of a psychological crowd. He is no longer conscious of his acts. In his case, as in the case of the hypnotised subject, at the same time that certain faculties are destroyed, others may be brought to a high degree of exaltation. Under the influence of a suggestion, he will undertake the accomplishment of certain acts with irresistible impetuosity.”

In the silence of home, one can think again. Turn off all music, noise, certainly TV if you have one, and listen to the silence. The older I get, the less noise I can have. There's always been pop culture mania. There was Elvis mania before the Beatles and Madonna mania after that. It's an interesting parallel to compare Beatlemania with coronamania, but I don't think the phenomenon of group think or mass formation psychosis is limited to the young girls who went crazy over the Beatles.

Reading this raises the question if pop culture plays a part in driving the madness of crowds.

I agree! I also think social media plays a huge part in this- especially with the younger people. I'm not sure if this Coronamania could have gotten as much steam in the 50's or 60's.

Great story and I agree fully that's why I was one of the odd ballz that never followed the crowd. Questions everything!

Another great read, Mark! That bittersweet tongue-in-cheek ending made me think of my summer camp counselor who (needlessly) died in Nam.

Screaming girls? I had an unexpected afternoon off years ago and decided to watch the local first screening of “The Blair Witch Project.” Little did I know the theatre would be packed with teenage girls all screaming in unison, not out of any delirious cultish devotion but true terror. I nearly jumped out of my seat a few times - not because of the flick but the shrieks. 1999 sure seems like a long ways off now.
