During peak Coronamania, many governors barred people from assembling to mourn the loss of family members or friends. These unlegislated edicts were themselves tragic and evil. Wakes, funerals and memorial services provide essential support for, and comfort to, those closest to the person who has passed away. These gatherings also affirm and renew family ties and friendships. They show us how one life affects many others.
We had one very dear friend die of Covid; what he went through in the hospital - poor, inhumane, ineffective and possibly even destructive treatment - I believe led to his death. It lit a fire in me to help keep everyone I love out of the hospital and that's what I did (or I feel like I helped). I have a stockpile of supplies that I have shared with dozens of people, along with information and instructions. It became like a part time job. No one else died from Covid. The funerals that I've gone to since have been from mysterious aggressive cancers and the like. :(
Very touching post and grateful for you Mark. My son’s medical school classmate and weightlifting partner, died 3 days ago, 25 years young, sudden cardiac death. This madness must end.
I'm 64. I don't know anyone who died FROM covid. I knew two people who died within days of their second shots, both seemingly healthy. I know of two men in their early 40's, also seemingly healthy, who died from heart attacks. My SIL was hospitalized for four days with anaphylaxis after her second shot, and even though she is an RN she says she doesn't know what caused it.
I read the Austin Stateman, and every other week see one or two obits that state the deceased was in their 30's or 40's and "died unexpectedly'. I think people are starting to notice.
I know of no one who died (or was even hospitalized) by Covid. I have known several people who have died suddenly from blood clots and strokes. Another friend whose scans were clear in May, suddenly developed a 3-inch tumor in her breasts, likely inflammatory breast cancer which is most often deadly........after at least (ugh, I think more) 4 Moderna shots. She now knows the shots caused this.
I know exactly how you feel. My friend was 54 and died in her “sleep”. She wanted all of this to be over with and was part of the first trials in Baden-Württemberg. She was a runner and did yoga….I cried for days
This is nothing less than a crime against humanity. IMO the evidence is overwhelming. Democide.
Assuming a “red wave” at midterms (if we can get to midterms), we must demand the most pointed, intrusive, and relentless hearings in the history of congress. The galleries and halls need to be lined with the surviving family members holding huge posters of their sacrificed loved ones. (Example: Netflix “Downfall” on the Boeing 737-max saga.)
This is only a start. Engage friends and family who are more open than ever to the truth.
I'm back in the States and visiting family and friends while dropping off my kids for school...we are staying with my in-laws at a retirement community that proudly posts 100% vaccinated on its website. We were gone for just under a week and when we returned last night we heard this morning that one of the residents went to the hospital last night with chest pains...my MIL said this morning that they've had sooo many unexpected deaths this past year and my FIL came down with colon cancer (that was successfully treated, as far as we know right now, last year) and is now having lots of problems with his legs not wanting to work properly. He went from a very energetic, active 75 year old to a man who is always tired and now must rely on a walker to go anywhere...
My sister's daughter, a teenager who I know was given the shots, had a horrible reaction to a tick bite earlier in the summer (at least that's what they are saying it is) but her symptoms are closer to Justin Beiber's than to Lymes. My husband has mentioned at least 2 coworkers who have died unexpectedly as well (this is back in Sweden, one died unexpectedly at a Bridge Tournament a few months ago). Another dear friend who has numerous health problems had a seizure about 2 months ago and was then diagnosed with Covid. She managed to leave the hospital alive but is dealing with long Covid now she says. I sent her the FLCCC protocol for when she was in the hospital but she shot that down very quickly so I don't bother saying anything more to her about that. I know she is probably not long for this world now b/c she won't open her eyes and will most likely get another jab as soon as she can.
We will be returning to Sweden in 2 days...I am debating whether or not to say something to my husband about his parents and taking any more shots. I know the next one will kill his dad but I still have no clue if my hubby has seen the light yet...
I hate this! What will it take for everyone to finally see the light and all of this quackery be brought to an end??? I keep wondering if there is anything I can do besides pray ceaselessly for an end to the pandemic, the exposure of the shots for the quackery they are, and for punishment for the perpetrators of this great evil but that seems so inconsequential when faced with the pure unadulterated evil of what we are being put through...
Mark, I am so sorry for the loss of your friend. May his soul rest in peace, May God's perpetual light shine on him, and May God's angels sing him home...sending big hugs your way...
My sincere condolences at the loss of your friend - made harder by its suddenness. I share your angst over your friend's death and its relationship to the vax. I have three close-close friends and one brother-in-law with (in my mind) serious vax injuries. Two attribute their condition to the vax and the other two are clueless. I pray daily that I don't lose any of them.
I am the funeral coordinator at my church (have been for 20 years) where we have a large population of seniors. We typically have 12-18 funerals a year mostly elderly deaths.
In the last 2+ years we had one funeral related to Covid. However, the family felt it important to explain their dad was in poor health for a decade or more (overweight, diabetic) and so it really wasn't Covid that took him. Apart from that we've had no other Covid funeral. In fact, our elderly have made it through Covid quite well.
In the last year, we've not had an uptick in the number of funerals but we have buried more youth and middle aged than ever before. These are the hardest deaths for sure, and prior to Covid middle-aged deaths were typically related to cancer. The youth deaths were and are drug-related. The last 2 years the youth deaths have statistically doubled (but still in the single digits). The recent middle-aged deaths have all been "unknown causes" and these deaths represent the majority of our funerals this year. IE very, very few elderly from our parish are dying.
Understandably, this information is anecdotal. It's possible that more elderly have died (of Covid or some other condition) and their families have foregone a Catholic funeral mass.
I am sorry for your loss. Losing someone you care for is never easy. It’s worse when there is a chance that death could have been avoided at such a young age. My Mom got covid at the end of 2020. One day before the vaccine was offered at her assisted care facility. In the days leading up to the vaccine date she was very unsure whether to get it. She didn’t think it was safe based on her research. She spent hours on the internet, especially given that 2020 isolated her from her family and friends. She was 76 and had pulmonary fibrosis, MS and diabetes. When she got covid, she spent 3 days in the hospital only because we had to find a nursing home equipped to care for her since she couldn’t return to her assisted living facility. She sounded better on day 2 of covid than she had with her many bouts of pneumonia (caused by the pulmonary fibrosis). My Mom recovered from Covid and the worst symptom she had, she said, was lingering fatigue. She died in April 2021 of pulmonary fibrosis, which she had for over 20 years. Far exceeding the five year life expectancy we were given when she was diagnosed. She died with only two of her 6 children at her side due to hospital policy which only allowed two people in her room at a time. The hospital was “kind” to us, allowing us to rotate 2 people at a time the 4 days preceding her death. All her grandchildren and children’s spouses got a chance to say goodbye. My extended family is ~75 strong. Very few of us are vaccinated and only 3 haven’t had covid. We have all survived including those over 65. I will never forget the injustice done to us during covid.
The anecdotes just keep piling up. Everyone on these threads knows somebody that either died or had some bad reaction after taken the jab. I know a guy, double jabbed, his legs just filled up with blood clots and he died a few days later. Another woman I know had a stroke right after 2nd shot, she survived. My old bosses wife 40-something year old just collapsed and landed on her face, needed major reconstruction surgery, was at least double jabbed, maybe a booster. Yet my neighbor still claims the jabs saved her life, despite having a serious bout with covid post jabs. She would’ve definitely been in the hospital or dead if not for the vaccine, her words. We’re living in 2 different worlds and I don’t see an exit ramp.
Don't want to be obnoxious but could probably come back to this and post all day...keep remembering more mystery illnesses and deaths in our rather large circle. Of note, last year - young couple, about 23, just married, she had a miscarriage and he had a random grand mal seizure. I asked his father, were they vaccinated? (I know I probably shouldn't have) He looked at me quizzically and said, yes, a couple of months ago, why? No reason....:(
Medical professionals, shrugging their shoulders with a "huh, go figure" and walking away upon news of death (or serious injury) of a patient is unfortunately not new. It just has come into focus with the mass poisoning to which they've all made themselves accomplices.
First we had the absolutely feigned concern over people getting sick and dying of a respiratory virus, despite that being ground well covered over time. But no, this time is was special. I mean, Big Pharma had billions of dollars to make and the professionals couldn't just stick their necks out to risk their jobs to get in the way of that noble goal.
Then, when the bodies start piling up. "Huh, go figure"... "these people die anyway, they're old. what's for lunch?!"
the evil perpetrators of this insanity called Covid must secretly be ecstatic about their success! It came all too easy as most just laid down and never even questioned what was happening. Tens of millions vaxxed multiple times in America- billions around the world. The sadistic demons are laughing at us, all the while planning the next event. I'm much more cynical that I used to be- disheartened with the complacency and apathy all around me. I daily must re-commit to trying to be positive about this world and the future of it. I'm sorry for the many losses detailed in the comments and pray for all of you. Mark, once again you have stirred up your followers with another thought provoking story of reality in these stupid days. Thanks- keep em coming.
Sad story, Mark. I am sorry you lost such a good old friend.
I wonder what the "blood disorder" really was (I am an olden nurse). I am in agreement with your thought of sudden influence the shot had on him and this disorder that appeared to be under control - enough so that he never really talked about it
I have a few older friends at my dads retirement community that developed cancer and died this year. Just out of the blue cancer: brain tumor inoperable, and the other lung, the guy never smoked and had been to the doc in the past years to have built up a strong pre shot history.
It is happening, but apparently not so much. .... just the usual odds of failures.
I have seen plenty of auto immune flares and just sudden onsets

Step dad died of HIGHLY aggressive cancer 8 months after el jabo. No history of cancer prior.
I tried to warn my entire family. No one listened. They thought I was crazy.
Thank you for sharing your cherished friend with us, Mark, and gifting him with this touching, bittersweet memorialization.
Every death cuts more deeply now as it becomes increasingly impossible to deny that they were likely pharmacided—potentially 12 million (https://stevekirsch.substack.com/p/do-you-know-how-many-people-have) and counting to date.
