Usually level headed, despite working for Pf, once it was announced to be a pandemic, she uncharacteristically relaid the fact to me in a panicked voice. I responded by telling her that only meant it covered more geography and that it said nothing about how dangerous the disease was. This calmed her down, but she knew this to be true. Why did she need to be reminded of it?
