I concur with Edo. Once large numbers of people get scared, they'll grasp at anything. Any lifeguard trying to save a drowning person that thrashes hysterically in the water, knows how dangerous they can be. Fauci has waited his entire career for this kind of power and influence. And pharma is having the biggest payday since the invention of capitalism. Neither will let go unless forced to do so. Keep up the great work.

I have been referring to the "believers" as Branch Covidians for a while now, and only in part because I thought it was funny. It really is like they have joined a cult. Facts and evidence have no effect because they have faith. You article really does a good job of breaking this down to specifics. Keep it up.

Thank you, Mark, for articulating so well what I have been desperately trying to convey to those who blindly repeat mantras such as Trust The Science™, Listen To The Experts™, and Pandemic Of The Unvaccinated™. I think your spin of calling it a state religion is brilliant—although, since it’s global, I would be tempted to call it a OneState Religion, perhaps because I’m in the midst of listening to the audiobook of Yevgeny Zamyatin’s “We” (a prescient progenitor of and inspiration for 1984, Brave New World, Fahrenheit 451, Anthem, and nearly every dystopian novel you can think of).

My own efforts to deprogram members of the Covidian cult (as CJ Hopkins calls it) inspired my Letter to a Covidian: A Time-Travel Experiment (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/letter-to-a-covidian-a-time-travel), which I just followed up with Letter to a Colluder: Stop Enabling Tyranny (https://margaretannaalice.substack.com/p/letter-to-a-colluder-stop-enabling).

The sooner we get people to realize they have been hypnotized into a religion/cult and that it couldn’t be further from actual scientific inquiry, the sooner we may be able to shatter the tyrannical spell that has been cast over the planet.

Take it to the next step: The authorized vaccines are all gene therapy drugs, per FDA definition, their active ingredients are nucleic acids. That class of drugs is known to carry a risk of cancer. The new treatment drug, Molnupiravir is mutagenic, which also carries a cancer risk. If these drugs cause an epidemic of cancer, it will take several years and you won't be able to sue the drug companies for giving you cancer. But you will have to pay the drug companies for the cancer drugs, which are patented and expensive. Leukemia meds cost $300k per course. It'll be astronomically profitable for the drug companies. Nobody can prove that the drug firms are doing this, but the incentives are all aligned to produce that result. And the behavior of the drug companies and government regulators all align with those incentives as well.

No question it's a cult. It's fanatical. It's one thing to 'believe' and another to force people to accept what you believe indeed. How is this any different than what we see with organized religion? The problem is people are so deluded with fear, they think vaccines are a means to a medical end and that no one who agrees is 'anti-science' even though the literature is showing, on the balance, the 'experimental' vaccines are really of low quality. It's like Hotel California. You can check out anytime you like, but you can never leave. Vaccines and boosters are a vicious circle that only the pharma drug cartel profits.

I came down very sick with the virus at age 71. While mostly healthy, I am being treated for aplastic anemia - my body doesn't make enough blood cells to keep me alive so I rely on medications to keep my bone marrow stimulated. I recovered along with my husband who had pancreatic cancer and recovered from the virus.....but not the cancer. Three of my grown children got it, two are a tad overweight, and they all recovered.

I state this to just point out that even the sick can recover. We did so without any doctor's care. I think that was the key for us - staying away from traditional doctors and hospitals. Others that I know believe that the Ivermectin regimen they were able to get helped them get over it faster. I am glad that the information about alternative treatments is getting out into the public through the internet.

Best regards.
