Mark,

Good on ya' for doing this!

ALL my t-shirts have sayings or are in support of an issue....all with the overriding theme of FREEDOM!

May I make a serious suggestion that you put the name: "Dispatches From A Scamdemic", &/or your own name & substack address on the back? Not only can you write off the expense as "advertising", but I would be proud to have that on there, & it will then be very easy to answer all of the people I meet who'll be asking me - "Where did you get that shirt? Who's Oshinskie?"

I will purchase the following for me, & other friends:

Men's -

3 L

1 XL

4 Shirts = $88 + tax & shipping of?

How will you be handling payment?

You rock, brother!

I will purchase 1 womens medium. I also really like the "Dispatches From A Scamdemic" on reverse side. Good way to offsett costs.

I am also willing to prepay. to guaranty my follow-thru.

Do I have to incorporate to write stuff off?

While I am not a taxman, I would turn over all rocks to find ways to NOT give those wasteful bastards of Team Government any more of the money we've worked for, & they've only sucked up to then turn on us with it! Watched how the weaponized IRS has been behaving lately?

Becoming a sole operator LLC is something you can find an easy "kit" for at a Staples or an Office Depot, & the internet is our friend in asking questions about this. One cannot work "too hard", to keep what is yours!

ML

From the pen of Ayn Rand - Atlas Shrugged, 1957

"When you see that in order to produce, you need to obtain permission from men who produce nothing - When you see that money is flowing to those who deal, not in goods, but in favors - When you see that men get richer by graft and by pull then by work, and your laws don't protect you against them, but protect them against you - When you see corruption being rewarded and honesty becoming a self-sacrifice - You may know that your society is doomed."

I'll fix their wagon by selling the shirts at cost.

There is nothing wrong with "turnin' a dime, for your time" my friend, & once you've set yourself up to properly utilize the tax reduction avenues that are legally STILL available to us, to keep more of those shekels in our pockets, & NOT in theirs.....why wouldn't we do that?

Forgive my bluntness, but you'll only be "fixing your wagon", & not theirs, because as you've seen by the replies, we WANT you to succeed in this, & turn a profit....cause maybe that'll give you some more fred time to study & write, & maybe even create another great shirt!

Excellent Rand excerpt - really hits the nail on the head. Thank you!

Yes, I was going to suggest the same “Dispatches from the Scamdemic” idea! The shirt should be connected to Mark in some way….so we feel connected to you and each other! YES, YES, YES a great idea!!

First thing Mark, well done for going down this route...I'm sure there have been and will be others... but they are probably in it for other reasons. Secondly... as a now 'retired' (for some years) business owner involved in mail order and putting things in packets and sending them off, I concur that it is time consuming and brain numbing...and I did it in the years when things were simple, so why not ask on the stack if there is anyone out there willing to take it on? You just forward the orders and they do the rest. There are plenty of VERY supportive folks who read your stack who I am sure have spare time and would love to feel they were contributing...unfortunately not me for various reasons including that I reside in the UK... and on that note are you contemplating being able to ship to your old enemies from Boston Harbour?? Men’s large and Women’s medium and I’ll buy a third t-shirt for you to gift. Let me know how to pay and I’ll be right on it. I’ve enjoyed supporting fellow freedom lovers and have a variety of wearable gear that sometimes inspires conversations.

My heart breaks when I read about those who felt forced to comply and have regrets. However, those are truly the folks I’m counting on to be fiercely opposed to future mandates (no doubt this last scamdemic was a test run).

I also support the creative idea of having “Dispatches.....” printed somewhere on the shirts. Yours was one of the first substacks that I began reading and I have so appreciated your thoughts and stories.

If you and your wife ever decide to pass through Coeur d’Alene, Idaho, I would love to share a drink and hug.

Blessings and gratitude to you and this community. 💛

Great idea, Mark.

Your shirt sounds great. Throughout this period I've found your posts an inspiration. And I support your aim completely.

However, in all consciousness I can't buy one. You see, although I never wore a mask (in fact, I'm part of a group in the UK who still campaign against them) and went on the various marches and protests, I had to be jabbed. My wife is American (with UK citizenship). She has close family, including a 95 year old grandmother and a 79 year old mother, neither in good physical shape, in the Bay Area and had to go back to see them. (Her mother has died since.) For various reasons, she counts on me for support with them.

Under Trump, being married to an American citizen, I was unusual in that I could go back to the US. Under Biden I had to be jabbed to get in. For the family reasons mentioned, my wife had to back and I had to go with her. (To get to see her grandmother in hospital, she also had to take the clot shot and very much didn't want to.) So, being stuck between the rock and the hard spot, I decided my wife's needs came first.

So if I wore your shirt I'd be a hypocrite of enormous dimensions, and I won't do that. But, because I love your writing and your spirit, what I would do is give you the cash.

Drummerman of integrity & conviction, my heart goes out to you for yours & your wife's sacrifices for your family, & your respect for just who you have decided to be.

While I never had to use it, I had a pdf of a fake jab card, already to go, that a good friend had sent me, for I have an 89 yr old mum who lives in The People's Republic of Eugeneistan, OR, & I am in the Still Free State of Georgia.

My attitude on getting jabbed vs. being caught & charged with a counterfeit jab card, was & is one of "I'd rather be judged by 6, than carried by 12." (Oops, in my haste I reversed the numbers... judged by 12, than carried by 6)

I hope you will never be forced to make such a choice again, but if you are, may anything I have said, help you in that choice.

Thanks, Molon. I toyed with the idea of fake cards but we couldn't get on a plane without showing 'proof' and the airlines were very vigilant ... (And fascistic, when I went to the US in 2020 I got blacklisted by a certain 'American' airline for not wearing a mask on board.)

Good luck to you and may your trips to OR be happy (when seeing your mum) and brief (when having to be around the majority of the population). We are currently in the Bay Area, dealing with my wife's mother's estate and it is crazeeee.

I'm in for two ladies' M - I like the idea of your Substack info somewhere, if it doesn't confuse things by introducing a change in price. Adding to the front in same color probably wouldn't but adding to the back might.
